CMA CGM founded in 1978 by Jacques R. Saade, is France’s leading and the world’s third largest container shipping company today. It’s CMA CGM Shared Service Centre (CCSSC) started its operations in 2012 from Chennai. Thereon, it strengthened its position as a global back-office service delivery centre with 3 offices in India and over 3100 employees.
CMA CGM SSCI approached us with a vision to renovate their office space that would boost their employees’ enthusiasm and make the office environment more vibrant and interesting. Thus, we came up with the idea of transforming walls into something totally interesting. The first wall was converted into maps and sea routes to spot locations easily. Another wall called ‘Star World’ was to feature the outstanding performances of employees. The third wall was the ‘Appreciation Wall’, which displays appreciation letters sent by companies. Team Work and CSR Activity Wall was another such wonderful example. We took over the canteen and recreational spaces, and transformed it into something exceptionally fun. Lastly, the ‘Send Your Ideas” Wall with the bulb on top, which glows when an employee passes by is popular as well as a crowd favourite.
